Refund & Cancellation Policy

We at SIVANRAJAYOGAMM understand that plans can change. Please read this policy carefully before registering for any program. By completing your registration and payment, you agree to the following terms.

1. Cancellation by Participant

If you wish to cancel your registration, please notify us immediately by contacting us via phone, WhatsApp, or email. The following refund schedule applies:

Cancellation Requested	Refund Amount
More than 15 days before the program start date	90% of the program fee (10% admin charge deducted)
8 to 14 days before the program start date	70% of the program fee
4 to 7 days before the program start date	50% of the program fee
2 to 3 days before the program start date	25% of the program fee
1 day before or on the start date (no-show)	No refund

2. Cancellation by SIVANRAJAYOGAMM

In rare circumstances, SIVANRAJAYOGAMM may need to cancel or postpone a program due to force majeure events (natural disasters, floods, government orders), insufficient registrations, or other unforeseen reasons.

In such cases:

We will notify all registered participants as early as possible via phone/WhatsApp/email.
A full refund (100%) of the program fee will be issued within 7–10 working days.
Alternatively, participants may choose to transfer their registration to a future program date at no extra cost.
SIVANRAJAYOGAMM is not liable for any travel, accommodation, or other incidental expenses incurred by participants in the event of a program cancellation.

3. Transfer of Registration

If you are unable to attend, you may transfer your registration to another person (subject to availability and eligibility). Please contact us at least 5 days before the program start date to arrange a transfer. A nominal administrative fee of ₹200 may apply for processing the transfer.

4. Refund Process

All approved refunds will be credited to the original payment method (UPI, debit/credit card, net banking) within:

UPI / Net Banking: 3–5 working days
Credit / Debit Card: 5–10 working days (depending on your bank)

Refund processing may be subject to Razorpay's refund processing timelines. Please note that payment gateway charges (if any) may be non-refundable.

5. Non-Refundable Items

Registration fees for deekshas (initiations) once the deeksha has been administered are non-refundable.
Donations made to the ashram are non-refundable.
Any special pooja (Amavasya/Purnima) fees are non-refundable once the pooja has been conducted on behalf of the participant.

6. How to Request a Cancellation or Refund

To request a cancellation or refund, please contact us through any of the following channels with your registration details (name, program name, and registered phone number/email):

Note: SIVANRAJAYOGAMM reserves the right to amend this Refund & Cancellation Policy at any time. The policy in effect at the time of your registration shall apply to your booking. Please review this page before each registration.
